On 29 August 2023, our client was charged with two offences of knowingly dealing with proceeds of crime and recklessly dealing with proceeds of crime. The offences related to the alleged possession of $1,000,000 in cash.

Last week Hanna Legal appeared in the Local Court of NSW to request the release of our client. Our criminal lawyer was successful in securing our client’s release.

In granting bail, the Court was satisfied that the client did not pose an unacceptable risk of fleeing, and did not pose an unacceptable risk to the community.
