Anaesthetist admits disposing of drug paraphernalia following fiancee’s death

In January 2013, our client’s fiancée was found dead in her apartment in Neutral Bay.

Hanna Legal represented our client in relation to the initial police investigation, which ultimately led to a Coronial Inquest into the death.

We represented our client at the Coronial Inquest, which took place in 2016. For more information, see: Anaesthetist admits disposing of drug paraphernalia following fiancee’s death in Neutral Bay home, Sydney Morning Herald, 1 March 2016.

While no criminal charges were ever laid against our client, he was prosecuted by the Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC) in relation to the events surrounding her death.

Hanna Legal represented our client in relation to the HCCC’s prosecution, appearing at both his Stage 1 and Stage 2 hearing.
