Australian Cricketer David Warner receives fine for mid range drink driving

On 5 April 2026 our client was driving his vehicle when he was pulled over by police and breath tested.

After failing the initial breath test, our client was required to perform a breath analysis. Our client failed the breath analysis and blew a reading of 0.104.

He was then charged with an offence of drive with mid-range PCA, contrary to section 110(4)(a) of the Road Transport Act 2013.

On 5 May 2026 our Sydney criminal lawyer appeared at the Waverly Local Court on behalf of our client. Our Sydney criminal lawyer spoke to the media outside of court, informing them that our client accepted responsibility for drink driving.
