In June 2021, our client was one of numerous persons arrested as part of Operation Ironside.  Our client was charged with the following offences:

• Conspire to supply a prohibited drug, contrary to section 26 of the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985; and
• Participate in criminal group, contrary to section 93T of the Crimes Act 1900.

Hanna Legal made a release application for our client at the Newtown Local Court.  The application was successful and our client was released on bail.  Our client was one of very few “AN0M” accused persons to successfully apply for bail.
