Bail granted to Sydney piano teacher facing extra child touching charges

In January 2020, our client was charged with offences pertaining to his alleged sexual touching of one of his music students at the high school at which he was employed. He was charged with two counts of intentionally sexually touching a child aged between 10 and 16 years, contrary to section 66DB(a) of the Crimes Act 1900.

In December 2020, our client was arrested and charged with further charges of sexually touching a child, indecent assault and common assault, which were allegedly committed against other victims.

Hanna Legal made a release application on behalf of the man at the Moss Vale Local Court.  The application was successful and our client was released on conditional bail.
