On 19 September 2022, our client was charged several serious drug supply offences. He was held in custody and refused bail.
The police alleged that our client was a leader of a criminal group and had supplied cocaine on several occasions. They also alleged that our client was involved in a plot to supply 1kg of cocaine.
Hanna Legal appeared in the Local Court of NSW to request the release of our client from custody. Our criminal lawyer argued that if our client was under house arrest, he would not be a risk of leaving the country. He also asked the Court to accept $1000,000 from our client’s father to further decrease that risk.
Despite the police arguing that our client should stay in prison, our criminal lawyer was successful in securing our client’s release.
