On 10 July 2017, our client was arrested and charged in relation to a serious assault he was said to have committed at Port Macquarie whilst he was already on bail over a brawl allegedly committed earlier that year.

Hanna Legal subsequently represented our client at the sentence proceedings for both matters, where we successfully argued that he should receive a community-based sentencing option.
