In September 2020, our client was arrested and charged with multiple offences, including: sexual intercourse without consent, cause grievous bodily harm with intent, intentionally choke person and assault occasioning actual bodily harm. 

After the service of the prosecution evidence, Hanna Legal made representations to the DPP on behalf of our client, which led to the withdrawal of all charges except for a charge of assault occasioning actual bodily harm. 

Our criminal lawyers then made a successful release application on behalf of our client at the Wollongong Local Court and he was released on conditional bail.
