On 28 September 2011, our client was one of three men charged in relation to an ATM ram raid (aggravated break, enter and steal) in July 2011, an attempted armed robbery of an armoured van carrying $1 million, and offences of possessing prohibited firearms, including a SKS military assault rifle.
