Ibrahim bail curfew lifted for child’s birth

On 20 January 2011, Hanna Legal appeared at the Central Local Court to apply for the variation of bail conditions of our client, who was charged with conspiracy to murder.

Our application was successful and our client’s bail conditions were relaxed so as to allow him time to care for his newborn child.

For more information, see: Ibrahim bail curfew lifted for child’s birth, Sydney Morning Herald, 20 January 2011.

Update: We later successfully applied for the DPP to discontinue the charge against our client. For more information, see: Murder case against Fadi Ibrahim dropped
