In August 2011, our client was extradited from Thailand and charged with manufacturing a large commercial quantity of a prohibited drug.

On 27 October 2014, Hanna Legal represented our client at his sentence proceedings at the Sydney District Court. Prior to his sentencing, Hanna Legal had engaged in successful negotiations with the prosecution in relation to the indictment particulars and agreed statement of facts. This resulted in our client achieving a more lenient result at his sentence proceedings.
