Murder case against Fadi Ibrahim dropped

In 2009, our client was charged with conspiracy to murder, together with his brother, Michael Ibrahim, and another individual.

We represented Michael Ibrahim at his jury trial at the Sydney District Court, where he was found not guilty.  For more information, see: Ibrahim acquitted of murder plot charge.

Following the acquittal of Michael Ibrahim, we sent written representations to the Director of Public Prosecutions on behalf of Fadi Ibrahim, submitting that the charge against him should be dropped.

Our representations were successful and the criminal proceedings against our client were discontinued.
