Australian court rules it IS acceptable to call a police officer a ‘p****’

Prior to establishing Hanna Legal in 2010, our principal, Nick Hanna, appeared as advocate for a client charged with using offensive language.

Mr Hanna represented our client at his defended hearing in the Local Court of NSW. Mr Hanna successfully argued that the word “prick” was not offensive at law and the Magistrate dismissed the charge.

The case was reported throughout Australia and even featured in newspapers in the USA, Europe and Africa.
