In 2018, Hanna Legal appeared for a “very famous” Chinese billionaire in applications for non-publication orders in criminal proceedings at the Sydney District Court.  

Our client was not alleged by anyone of any wrongdoing however he had been mentioned as being present at a dinner at which the accused and the complainant had attended prior to the alleged assault.

The non-publication orders were vacated at the conclusion of the trial, on the application of the media.
